Spahats Forest Loop Trail (The Grove of Giants)

Nine interpretive signs were installed along this trail in June 2025, explaining the trees, a nurse log, lichens, Spahats Creek erosion, lava rocks, micro-climate, and shrubs such as Devil’s Club and Wild Ginger. The trail now has a more enticing name — The Grove of Giants. There is a small parking area for three vehicles on the Spahats Falls access road opposite the trail head, or walk from the main parking area. These new interpretive signs were funded by a generous donation from Roland and Anne Neave.
