The 2023 Wells Gray trail crew has built a boardwalk across the wet meadow and re-routed the trail closer to Caligata Creek so it is drier. The rest of the trail has been brushed and cleared of deadfalls up to where it emerges from the forest below the north face of Raft Mountain.
